Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 days to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders containing one or more pre order items will not be shipped until all items on the order have reached their release date, or a supplier allows us to ship the items to arrive on release date.

Orders can be picked up daily, from 10am. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
